Post Masters is awarded major USDA contract for print and mail

Post Masters was recently awarded a major contract with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to print and mail official documents for the National Finance Center (NFC). This is the fourth Federal contract Post Masters has been awarded.

As part of the USDA contract, Post Masters receives electronic data from NFC on 26 projects, translating to approximately 2.6 million files to print and mail annually. Post Masters, along with our partner, Bacompt Systems, formats and prints the electronic data files, processes the mail using intelligent ‘100% Integrity’ inserting using 2D barcode logic, and applies an Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) to realize USPS postage discount savings for our customers.
