Production Services
We operate three workshops in Fort Wayne that provide hands-on work experience, vocational training and skill development for adults with disabilities. Clients are paid for their work. Last year our client workforce earned nearly $560,000!
More than 30 businesses in northeast Indiana sub-contract work to AWS that includes assembly, industrial painting, packaging and specialized production work. Our production services provide valuable job training while delivering high quality services to the business community.
Many individuals develop skills in the workshop that help them become employable in the community.
