Initial Assessment
There is no cost for the initial HomePointe assessment. A HomePointe professional meets with the person and/or family to determine which specific services would be of use. Following an initial assessment, a plan of service is developed to fit your needs and lifestyle.
Customized Services
Services are custom-designed around your needs. The most popular services are:
· Meal planning and preparation
· Shopping and errand assistance
· Light housekeeping
· Laundry
· Companionship
· Schedule and track appointments
Service Coordination
From time to time, your needs may change. To ensure that your needs are being met, HomePointe's Service Coordinator is available to work with you, your family and other service providers. Some coordination services may be provided at no cost with an established schedule of HomePointe services.
Check-in Service
For your peace of mind, or a family member's assurance, HomePointe provides a 15-minute check-in service. This can be scheduled seven days a week, if necessary. A HomePointe personal assistant visits you at home to assess such things as:
· General safety
· Grocery supply
· Scheduled appointments
· Relaying information to family
· Pet needs
