A. Wayne Advantage
A. Wayne Advantage helps people learn lifestyle skills. We teach recreation, education, socialization and leisure skills. That may mean learning how to use a computer or it may mean fishing, painting or writing poetry. The classes provide people with disabilities the opportunity to develop a variety of skills that adds dimension to their lives.

A. Wayne Advantage also focuses on integrating people with disabilities into the community and helping them become included as part of society. We work both in a classroom setting and in the community.
AWS Day Services are CARF (The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited. CARF is a private, non-profit organization whose duty is to promote quality services for people with disabilities. Accreditation means that AWS has met the highest standards set by rehabilitation professionals across the country.
Leisure Education
These classes strive to teach people how to use their free time. That includes learning about community resources, associated costs and how to access them. We help individuals to develop skills that will enhance their community involvement.

Socialization Classes
